Privacy Policy

House of Instruction ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, such as the Join us form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number, interests, and message.

Gifts. Online gifts are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and the amount of your gift. Your card or bank details go to Stripe, not to us. See Stripe's privacy policy for how it handles your data.

Basic visit information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This helps keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To reply to you and share gathering times and directions.
• To send you updates you asked for. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To thank you for gifts and keep accurate giving records.
• To keep this website safe and working well.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Who else sees it

We share information only with services that help us run this website and ministry, such as our website host, Stripe for gifts, and the tools we use to receive form messages. They may use it only to provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Embedded content and fonts

Some pages show videos from YouTube. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, but YouTube may still collect information when you play a video. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise complete security.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email us at info@houseofinstruction.com and we will respond.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
